About Viksit Bharat Leadership Awards

The Viksit Bharat Leadership Award is an initiative recognizing exceptional leaders and organizations contributing to India’s vision of becoming a developed nation by 2047 (Viksit Bharat@2047). This award is part of the Viksit Bharat Conclave 2025, organized by the Reskilling HR Foundation at the India International Centre (IIC), New Delhi.

The Viksit Bharat Leadership Award recognizes visionary leaders and organizations making significant contributions toward India’s Viksit Bharat@2047 mission. This prestigious award aims to honor individuals and institutions driving transformative change in economic growth, sustainability, governance, innovation, human resource development, and social impact. By acknowledging excellence in leadership across corporate, public, and social sectors, the award encourages initiatives that contribute to a developed, self-reliant, and inclusive India.

Participation is open to corporate executives, public sector leaders, HR professionals, sustainability advocates, women leaders, entrepreneurs, academicians, and social impact changemakers who demonstrate outstanding leadership in their respective domains.

Awards Categories:  Nominations are accepted from both individuals and organizations. 

Individual Awards Categories: Five categories of Individual Awards are presented to an individual HR professional based on career service and impact on the professional in corporate world.

1. Viksit Bharat Visionary Leadership Award
2. Corporate Leadership for National Building Awards
3. Women Leadership for Viksit Bharat Award
4. Best Public Sector Undertaking Leadership Award
5. Education and Skill Leadership Award

Organizational Awards Categories: Five categories of organizational Awards are presented to HR departments and are based on the effectiveness of HR initiatives and the implementation of HR programs. The criteria used to evaluate nominations for these six awards include originality, difficulties encountered in solving real word issues, complexity of the problem, deployment, overcome hurdles, impact, sustainability and outcomes.

3. Excellence in CSR Leadership Award
4. Renewable Energy and Green Innovation Award
5. Innovation and  Technology Leadership Award

Rule & regulation:

1. Last date to submit Registration form is 20 March 2024. Submit registration form along with the fee before last date.
2. The file size should not be more than 25MB.
3. The duration of video/audio should not exceed 2 minutes.
4. An entry will be deemed accepted only when the entry fee as prescribed has been received by the Awards organizer through an online payment. No refund will be made, once the payment is submitted.
5. The decision of the jury is final. Entrants whose entries are shortlisted will be notified by Email Communications.
6. The Awards are judged by a panel of independent judges. The judges reserve the right to re-classify or reject any entry that does not comply with the requirements of these Terms of Entry or the entry criteria. No feedback will be given on individual/organizational entries. In all matters, the decision of the judges shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered.
7. If no Participant in a category are found to be satisfying the eligibility by the Awards Management, the prize may be cancelled. The decision of the Awards Management in this regard will be final and non-contestable. The Awards Management will not entertain any queries in this regard.
8. All entries must be submitted by Submission Date. The Awards organizer has no responsibility for the incomplete entries and all such entries will be deemed invalid.
9. The Award categories may be changed / modified / split / merged / increased or cancelled by the Awards Management and / or Jury based on the number of entries received in any category, and the quality of the entries. The decision in this regard will be final, non-contestable and binding on all participants. The Awards Management will not entertain any queries in this regard.
